A deliverable is a document written to be read: an audit, a strategy, a proposal. In a client's space, it is prepared for them and they read it there. Studio now has a shelf of its own for those who have no client yet: a proposal before the signature, a template the team reuses, a strategy you keep to yourself.
Two shelves, and the author decides
- “My deliverables”: only their author sees them; not even an administrator opens them.
- “Shared”: everyone on the team with access to the module reads them, and those with the right edit them.
- Only the author moves a deliverable from one shelf to the other, from the list or its settings.
- A personal deliverable whose author has left the team goes to the administrators, rather than belonging to no one.
- Five rights decide who reads, creates, edits, deletes and sends.
It is the same document as a client deliverable: the grid of the site's pages, its appearance, and a secret reading link, with an optional expiry and password, that opens it without creating an account. A shared template is duplicated in one click for each prospect.
